Lunch with Zach. Got caught in a downpour walking back to my car.
Cooked in Pork Lard (according to the chalkboard) or Duck Fat (on the website). From Souper Market.
Very tasty and the meat just fell off the bones.

Part of today's Dim Sum lunch at Emperors Palace. They look like huge eggs, but actually are a crispy dumpling, with a gummy interior wall stuffed with meats.
Had an almost shellfish taste on first bite (might have been the oyster sauce). Looking online these seem to be more commonly known as Hom Sui Gok.
