Beef stew and dumplings

For sometime now I've been craving some classic beef stew, just like my Mum or Nan made.

After finding this recipe on BBC Food I set to work. Amazon sells the suet needed for the dumplings. A chat with our local butcher landed me some great beef. And thanks to Cat looking it up, turns out Swede is called Rutabaga over here.

The end result was delicious.

Will certainly be making this again.
