Spinach, egg, and Bavarian sausage.
Leftovers tonight. Tasty though, with a little Valentina hot sauce for a kick.

Tried something new from LJ Shanghai today. Sweet sticky rice treat that cooled my mouth after my Spicy Chao Shou.
Chicken broth instead of water and sodium packet. 1 egg and a slice of Kraft cheese.
Just the thing after a foggy cold walk.
Birthday dinner rounded off with my one of my all time favourites - Lemon meringue pie.
This one from Bakers Square.
Tradition (of sorts) is that I have Chinese on my birthday. As it fell on a Monday this year, my regular place was shut. Tried Hundred Flowers for the first time. Their Genral Tso's was pretty good.
Bakewell Tart, handmade from Gaelic Imports.
Julie surprised me by ordering some of my British faves from Gaelic Imports. She also got enough for my co-workers, and had them delivered.
Polar vortex means I'm working from home, so I got to make (something like) a frittata with; Roma tomatoes, left over ham, and some English cave-aged Cheddar cheese.
Tasty.
This is one of my go-to dishes wherever I go for breakfast. Everyone has their own take on it. Green peppers and onions at Crazy Egg Cafe give it a nice crunch. Always poached eggs too.
Always a nice selection from Bombay Chaat. The chicken curry and methi aloo was particularly tasty.
